Chef Matt McConnell and his dedicated kitchen team create new specials each day, based on the finest products sourced and delivered fresh to us, ensuring a dynamic and ever-evolving dining experience. With six or more daily additions—including tapas, per piece, and raciones (shared dishes)—these specials offer an exciting twist on our menu and reflect our passion for fresh, seasonal flavors.
