With seating for up to 50 guests for a sit-down lunch or dinner, or accommodating cocktail events for 40 to 70 guests, the exclusive room hire offers complete privacy. Treat your guests to a unique experience that captures the essence of Mediterranean living.

Due to the busy nature of our private dining space, tentative bookings are held for three (3) business days only.
Your booking will be confirmed with credit card details, a $200 booking fee will be charged and this fee will be deducted from the events bill.
Friday & Saturday
Lunch: $2,000 minimum spend
Evening: $2,500 minimum spend
Please note: a 7.5% weekend surcharge applies.
Monday – Thursday & Sunday
$1,500 minimum spend
Minimum of 15 guests required for exclusive use of our private room unless minimum spend is reached.
All minimum spend bookings enjoy exclusive use of our upstairs dining and bar space.
The upstairs dining room can also be booked separately from the bar (excluding Fridays & Saturdays) for a reduced minimum spend. Please note in this arrangement the bar remains open to the public. The dining room is made private by a curtain.

Lunch: $2,000 minimum spend

Dinner (Thu, Fri, Sat): $3,500 minimum spend

Cancellation: If a reservation is cancelled with less than two weeks’ notice, a fee of $1,000 will be charged to the credit card provided as security.
Menu Pricing: Set menu prices may vary slightly in line with seasonal produce fluctuations.
Surcharges:
2% applies to all card payments
15% applies on public holidays
No weekend surcharge applies during this period
Management Rights: Bar Lourinhã reserves the right to cancel any reservation if necessary.
